Become a Cheese Fest Vendor

Vendors of the Gulf Coast Cheese Fest will be featured at the “The Grand Cheese Tasting” - a mecca for the cheesiest foodies around.

The cost for vendor space is $200. To guarantee your space, please complete the online registration and payment process before February 17, 2012.

If you are interested in additional exposure beyond our standard vendor agreement consider becoming a Cheese Fest sponsor! Sponsors at and above the Connoisseur level ($1,000) will receive all vendor benefits. Learn more about sponsoring.

  • Set up for vendors will begin at GWIZ on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 9am. Set up is to be completed by 10am. The event ends at 3pm and break down is to be completed by 4pm. Vendors will be expected to stay the entire duration of the event.
  • Vendors will be provided with a table, tablecloth, 2 chairs, a Cheese Fest sign with vendor’s name and trash receptacle. Public WiFi access is available. Vendors are welcome to bring products to sell but vendors must provide all merchant equipment.
  • Vendors are required to provide food/drink samples and all required serving materials, napkins, table decorations, additional signage if desired (must be supported from the ground or table display) and all necessary storage, refrigeration and preparation equipment.
  • Vendors should anticipate providing 500 samples. An updated count will be provided 30 days prior to the event.
  • Electricity will be available but vendors must supply power strips and extension cords as needed.
