This is the crème de la crème of the Gulf Coast Cheese Fest events. It will be held in the Fête Ballroom also known as Château de Fromage at 7:00pm. This incredible evening will boast fabulous food stations, elegant passed hors d’ oeuvres, a full bar, and lavish entertainment to twirl to. Dress camera ready and be ready to C'est Cheese for the paparazzi.

Grand Cheese Tasting

You “cheddar believe it” that this event will be a mecca for the cheesiest foodies around. GWIZ will be flowing with booths from top vendors. Vendors will provide food items, wine pairings, and many gourmet artisan cheeses from all around the world. The festival will be from 11:00am-3:00pm. Families and friends of all ages and sizes are welcome to join us for this celebration of cheese.

La Fête du Fromage

Ladies and Gentlemen, come light your burners with recipes that will satisfy even the biggest cheese-a-holic’s cravings. This multi-coursed interactive dinner with Tommy Klauber will begin with scrumptious cheese hors’ d oeuvres and specially themed cocktails. Attendees will feast on a delicious cheese inspired menu, which they will prepare at their own tables of 8-10 guests. This event will be held in the Fête Ballroom also known as Château de Fromage. Be ready to C'est Cheese for the local paparazzi at this “must be seen at” event!
Mac n' Cheese S'Mac Down Wrap-up

The first annual Molly's Mac n' Cheese S'mac Down was a huge success on January 6, 2012 at Polo Grill and Bar. Guests lined up outside the doors with their mouths watering waiting to try the 15 varieties of mac n' cheese made by local chefs, students, and amateurs. Molly Demeulenaere, Molly Turner, Molly Klauber, and Molly Schrechter took their time tasting all of the mac n' cheeses to carefully select a winner for one of the two prize belts. By the time they were ready to burst, they rolled into a private meeting space to debate the deliciousness!
